When few years ago we’ve been looking for a house to buy in the area, where we live now, I remember seeing one of the houses, that has been half-renovated. Most of house has been done, except from one living room downstairs – still in unfinished state. Estate agent explained: a family have bought this house a year ago and while refurbishing, they’ve got divorced and now selling house back…
