Not exactly a cheer yet

Somewhere back in September I’ve found a beautiful quote:
when someone hurts us, we should write it down in the sand, where the winds of forgiveness get in charge of erasing it away, and when something great happens, we should engrave it in the stone of the memory of the heart, where no wind can erase it…
Gee, I need to find an uninhabited island with long sandy beaches…

oh holy night the stars are brightly shining

about perishing in the snow banks

you know my dear friend the religious side of christmas means everything to me

well the good food with familly and friends well that is all year round arent we fortunate

but the cathedral is magical around christmas time it is a gift of spiritual light and life

now I was looking at a gorgeous picture of santa dear his white locks were especially long across my brothers face and I thought I hope a lot of women are out there playing the santa role but then I really dont want to be a santa that is uninteresting part for me

    so I wanna be

    I wanna be

    I wanna be

    I know

    emanueless hee hee lol

    love you my friend

I will see you early next week to greet you as 2007 approaches

until then may all your silver lined dreams come true forget about the dirty bloodlettingdreams. hee hee

and I hope you feel like a new years baby. hee hee

  2. I think that it’s more natural to write pain in stone. We want to remember pain so we can avoid it. Pleasure is more fleeting because we have less reason to hold on to it – perhaps because we are too busy enjoying it, or because the very act of engraving the joy turns the joy into a chore?

Perhaps that is why it is so important to do so consciously, as you say?

    Great quote.

  3. merry christmas

    christmas is about forgiveness

christ was nailed to the cross but he forgave

    yikes

I think it is harder to remember joy because it is just incorporated into our lives like a breath of fresh wind that keeps us alive

but when we are hurt we are threatened and that is engraved deeply

oh what a beautiful christmas shrine this journal is

    merry christmas beautiful russian svetlana
