Words And Bears

Words are there. They never stopped. They just not mature enough to be let in the wild world. If I’m not writing, it doesn’t mean I have nothing to say. It’s just means that for the time being there are only those words in my mind that qualified as bollocks. And what the point of adding more bollocks to the world where it’s enough of such already…we are our best and worst critics. Best for no one else knows the background of our masterpiece as well as us. Worst for we tend to see all our work as masterpiece. We have our personal definition of bollocks and most often its everything else, apart from ours…interesting happened when I went the other way…too many words have been desperate to get here, but they wore no watch and would choose a bad timing…and by the time I’m ready to sit and write them down, they look not the same as they pretended to be when appeared in my head…selective I have been. Not silent. Disqualifying many into bollocks category. But then again – they were just that. I discovered that the more time I give for the thought to wait until release her, the less bollocks I release into the world. Doesn’t mean that what I do let is not the one. Just there is less of that. Then, there are words that fit for all and there are those that unsuitable even for myself. Some are decent enough for a few. Are you trusted enough to hear them? Or rather do you care enough to listen?…who knows and who cares…not me…anyway…it is not that there are no words anymore. It is just sometimes there are no words worthy enough to be outside my own mind…

It is interesting how our perception affects our life…or maybe all way round. What was the egg and who was the hen…did Milne write about what he picked up about real life or are we trying to match what we read to our own reality? Interestingly I’ve found that my love for the cute little character of the famous story is based on personal association with him. Timid Piglet somehow feels like relative. Very close one. Thinking further of this, I could find among my close circle other characters from the Pooh story…Clever unapproachable Rabbit, Tigger endlessly bouncing too close, too far, a newcomer to the Forest Roo…the only character that is missing is the big lovable Bear of a Little Brains…but I’m sure at some point in time he’ll come to the 100 Acre Wood and I will meet him and he will be Pooh.

Perhaps, if we let the fantasy to be in our life, we might find that all the stories have been written already and there is nothing new to imagine…

  1. Oh, I think there’s something new to be imagined. We just don’t have the technology (?) to imagine it. Like Edison and the light bulb. He knew something about his notion would work, he just had to find out why/how.

I love to imagine … Here Be Dragons.

    Shalom
